We offer unhurried, relationship-centered care with direct access to your provider, a calm and supportive experience, and personalized services designed around your needs.
Concierge Care is offered on a direct-pay (cash-pay) model, and we do not bill insurance for concierge visits. Mobile wound care services are billed to insurance when applicable. Most patients still use insurance for labs, imaging, medications, and specialist care.
Yes. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds for concierge care and wound care services. Check with your plan for specific eligibility.
We offer clinic-based concierge care and wellness services at our Redlands location. Mobile wound care services are available in Beaumont, Colton, Corona, Fontana, Hemet, Highland, Loma Linda, Moreno Valley, Redlands, Rialto, Riverside, San Bernardino, Yucaipa areas.
Concierge Care
Concierge Care includes same-day or next-day appointments, extended visits, direct communication, wellness planning, chronic condition management, and care coordination. Concierge visits are currently offered in-clinic.

Mobile Wound Care
Anyone with diabetic wounds, venous or arterial wounds, pressure injuries, post-surgical wounds, skin tears, or slow-healing wounds can receive in-home wound care.
We assess the wound, clean and treat it, apply advanced dressings, manage infection if present, and provide guidance for you and your caregivers between visits. We also collaborate with home health and hospice agencies to support continuity of wound care.
Yes. We communicate directly with your healthcare team to ensure consistent, safe, and well-coordinated care.
Frequency depends on the wound type, healing progress, and your individual needs. Some patients require visits several times a week; others need them less frequently.
Wellness & Prevention
We provide preventative screenings, lifestyle and health planning, chronic condition monitoring, early detection support, and long-term wellness guidance.
Most patients benefit from quarterly or semiannual check-ins. We tailor visit frequency to your health goals and risk factors.
Yes. We support patients managing diabetes, hypertension, asthma, cardiac conditions, and more with ongoing monitoring and personalized care plans.
Wellness support is available as part of your concierge care.
